Artist Merchant Account Policy

Legal notice.

High Voltage Music is not legally liable for financial transactions or delivery of merchandise between Artists featured on www.highvoltagemusic.com and their customers.

All transactions are processed via PayPal and occur after leaving the High Voltage Music website. We are not responsible for what transpires outside of our website.

We do not receive any customer or financial data and we do not profit from Artist sales.

High Voltage Music requires that the Artist have full legal authority to make merchandise available to the public through our online Shops.

We maintain signed disclosures regarding Artist legal authorization and liability statements on file. Artists featured on High Voltage Music consent to full unreserved legal right to sell, provide delivery of merchandise in a timely and professional manner and absolve High Voltage Music of any liability regarding sales.

In the event that we find an Artist has provided falsified information we will remove the Shop and merchandise immediately and permanently and cooperate with any necessary legal proceedings.

It is our goal to help Artists in a productive and positive manner and High Voltage Music does our utmost to ensure that we and the Artists we work with abide with all applicable laws.
